Since 1996, RSPA has provided full time training to thirteen teams of students. Students have gone on to further training in the performing arts at Drama Colleges or Universities including:

BA in Acting at Bristol Old Vic
BA in Acting at Welsh College of Drama and Music
Stage Production at Bristol Old Vic
With the experience gained from their time with RSPA, students have also obtained employment in Christian and non-Christian organisations such as:
Youth For Christ
Red Balloon Theatre Company-Team Leader
LIFT Children's ministry
Rhema Theatre Company
Midlands Arts Centre
Saltmine Theatre Company

Freelance Community Dance Worker
 Secondary School Drama Teacher
